At the end of the day I was exhausted. But it was the kind of exhaustion that was the result of many opportunities to be Jesus’s hands and feet. I am reminded that He was so physically exhausted from his ministry as a Good Shepherd that he was able to sleep in a boat with his disciples in a raging storm.
There were about 100 children in VBS yesterday and it was a wonderful day. The Bible lesson was “God Made Everything.” The song times, games, crafts, and Bible verse memorization times were all well done.

Today I am the teacher. I will be teaching five times in about two hours so I know I will be exhausted again. The text for today is Psalm 139 and the theme is “God Knows Everything.”

I will be teaching in the middle class room of the green building. Pray for us! We are expecting even more children this morning. We also plan to start to distribute the water filtration bucket systems this afternoon.
