Dividend Tracker and Seeking Alpha
It is far too easy to get overwhelmed when looking at your investments and the many news sources and stories that can bombard your mind with less than useful information. To help you stay focused, the Dividend Tracker app includes a toggle on your portfolio to see news related to your investments. If you want to see your portfolio news, you can scroll down to the bottom of your positions and click on the caret symbol. You should see news about the holdings in your portfolio. The illustration shown here gives me the news regarding one of my holdings: AAPL.
Another good tool for focus is the Seeking Alpha My Portfolio page. You can add your stocks and ETFs to the Seeking Alpha “My Portfolio” page. This gives you at least two benefits. You can receive email alerts anytime there is news about one of your investments. You can also go to the Seeking Alpha web page to see your positions and specific news about your investments. This includes dividend announcements and earnings information.
