Five States in Three Days

We started our travels from our home state of Wisconsin, and traveled through Illinois, Indiana and stopped in Ohio for a night of rest in Van Wert OH. Yesterday we finished the journey through some of the beautiful, forested hills of Ohio and the equally beautiful area on our way to Cindie’s Aunt Carolyn’s home in West Virginia. The following images are the views from Aunt Carolyn’s home on a high hill. At last the sun peaks through!

One stop was to see a very small piece of Wayne National Forest. If we had more time and if it had not been raining, it would have been fun to explore it a bit more. Perhaps on our next trip to West Virginia we can plan to see more of this treasure set aside for generations to enjoy.

Recommendation: Even though I like trading covered call options, it is not comparable to enjoying time with Cindie or seeing the unending beauty of God’s creation. Take time to stop along life’s path to see the glory of God.

Psalm 19:1-6 English Standard Version
To the choirmaster. A Psalm of David.
1 The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork.
2 Day to day pours out speech, and night to night reveals knowledge.
3 There is no speech, nor are there words, whose voice is not heard.
4 Their voice goes out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world.
In them he has set a tent for the sun,
5 which comes out like a bridegroom leaving his chamber, and, like a strong man, runs its course with joy.
6 Its rising is from the end of the heavens, and its circuit to the end of them, and there is nothing hidden from its heat.

Looks like a great trip. Glad you had some time to relax, you deserve it!
