This is an excellent reminder of the blessing I received from my longtime friendships with Dr. Glen Franke, Timler Olander and Danny Ray Hobbs. They were godly men who halved my sorrows and quadrupled my joy.

Men of Memorial

We had a great Men’s Event a couple of weeks ago – Every Man Needs a Wingman. I was grateful that several men from our church prioritized the meeting, and I think it was a good evening. 

In our conversation about friendship, I listed out 5
benefits of friendship. Since all of the men from MBC couldn’t make the event,
and it would be a useful review for the men who did come, I will be sharing
those benefits on our blog.

I should also add that Drew Hunter’s book, Made
for Friendship
, was beneficial to me in preparing the discussion.
